HOW TO PAY THE MONTHLY DUES

The monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st day of each month and late after the 10th.

There are several way to pay your dues.  You can write a check, use your bank’s bill pay service and pay online at hoabankservices.com.

If you pay online at www.mysmartstreet.com you will be asked for your association.  Type “River Run” and scroll down to River Run Condominium Association, Inc. (Atlanta).    You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments using: (1) echecks which takes the money from your checking account, or (2) using your credit card.  Please note the bank charges a service fee when you use your credit card. 

 

Your Account Number is your Unit Number.
